The best way to stop corruption in Local Government is to blow the whistle! The Whistleblowers Protection Act is administered by the Victorian Ombudsman and is designed to protect whistleblowers. Whistleblowing is still the best way to expose
- corrupt conduct in Local Government
- substantial mismanagement of public resources.
