Tell that to Sam David, George Seitz ans Hakki Suleyman, Let alone to the ALP.
An Australian cannot get a go. Except Billy Shorten who sold out to the ETHNIC Vote

The ethnic branch stacking will continue unabated and be a growth industry.
An Indian stack will be next in Brimbank to bring them in under the ALP tent to "manage" that community's issues.
Why will it continue unabated? Because the ALP wants it to as we can see with all the "ALP protection" being provided to Hakki and his mates by the Premier and his federal Unity colleagues.
Hakki and crew were the main offenders in the Ombudsman's Report wreren't they?
Or has the history in the Ombudsman's Report been quickly rewritten by Brumby and Co that it is now decisively implemented?

And so before I say goodbye
I'll say I didnt mean to lie
I thought I had an alibi
but as things go, it seems that I
have not been standing high and dry
the shit now comes up to my thigh
(which makes me glad I'm built this high)
oh why oh why
did I have to lie
it's turned my laugh into a cry
and brought a big tear to my eye
how glad I'd be if pigs could fly.

Re:Check Hulls Office for a criminal 9 Months, 1 Week ago

It states a great deal about these ALP Mps that they are willing to scak honest Councils and yet both Hulls and madden employ convicted criminals.
Sure we should support rehabilitaion but why then sack Councilors especially when the Brimbank Councillors and the local MPs involved will stay in office until their next elections.
What a joke Hulls.

Madden is actually a damn fine Minister. His fault was in letting Steve Bracks order him to employ Suleyman the convicted thug and then not keeping an eye on him. The local ALP has much to answer and while the Premier and his dog, sorry, his deputy want to sack all Councilors from working for MPs, that will not stop the issue, nor make it go away or resolve the problem. Will Telmo and Georgie be pressured to resign before Christmas this year? If not then we are being forced to retain MPs of very questionable integrity. Will the various Crs named in the Ombudsman's report plus one newbie who has lied about her election costs and funding be forced to resign? If not then the Brimbank community becomes the key laughing stock of the state. But unless you do these things John Boy, the issue will remain up to election time. Worse for you, if the Greens, DLP and Libs/ Nats refuse to ban Crs then you will look like the bully you are because that is what is going on here. You are bullying good people to cover up the scum of the earth. And from what I hear from several friends, these very Crs including ALP members are dead set against you. And why shouldn't they be as you ahve made them the scapegoats, you have tarnished their reputations and impugned their integrity and akllowed the reported persons to get away scot free. Then we have Hulls and his convicted felon employee. What are you doing about that one Johhn Boy? Oops, not much since you used to employ that bloke's wife in your own office. Hulls employs your daughter. Aren't you worried about her working anywhere near such a convicted felon?

Madden has been nothing more than a pathetic tool of ALP corruption. The only thing he has managed to achieve is a free ride on the gravy train.
It's rather slowing down at this point.

Victoria's Opposition wants Parliament to censure Planning Minister Justin Madden over corruption allegations at Brimbank Council in Melbourne's west.
A recent ombudsman's report found an employee of Mr Madden's, Hakki Suleyman, unduly influenced the council.
The Opposition will today initiate a censure motion against Mr Madden, but a final vote will not take place until tomorrow.

You live and die by your actions, or in Madden's case, inaction. Whatever reason there is for Madden's inaction (and I am sure he has reasons - whether it's Bracks that forced him to take Hakki, whether Hakki was so different to Madden that he didn't want to know what he was doing while engaged in Madden's office), he has failed the Brimbank community in a very serious way. His inaction is absolutely inexcusable. People wrote to Madden and he ignored their letters. It was raised in Parliament in 2005. Maybe Madden was simply too weak to deal with it. It doesn't matter what the reason is. Sadly for Madden, he didn't act when he should have. Now he has to suffer the consequences of his inaction. He should resign.
One thing is for certain, the likes of Madden are not good for the western suburbs of Melbourne. His inaction has made the west a worse and more corrupt place. He should rightly be declared an enemy of the west, regardless of how "nice" a person he is, regardless of what he may have achieved in other areas of government. His inaction is inexcusable and we should all be extremely angry at his inaction - it has had a very serious effect on all of our lives. We should expect more from those who have been elected to represent us.
If we allow parliament to be full of "nice" people like Madden, corruption will thrive.

The Victorian Upper House has passed a censure motion against the state's planning minister, Justin Madden.
The motion condemns Mr Madden for failing to tackle alleged corruption at the Brimbank Council in Melbourne's west, and in his own electorate office.
"I certainly have never had control or influence over what Mr Suleyman may do or has done in his own time."

That's right Justin. You're just the hack who benefits from it.

Just call Justin irresponsible. He doesn't know what his so-called staffer is doing; he has not control over his staffer; he 'investigates' a complaint of bad behaviour by the staffer by asking the staffer! Either Justin Madden is acutely dense or willfully, deliberately forgetful. Neither commends him as a minister of the State of Victoria.
Bravo to the MLC for passing the censure motion. Bravo to those MPs who call for an end to the protect-the-crim and punsish our critics of Labor in government. Bravo to those MPs - no matter what their reasons - who have tried to reassert Parliament as a place of fairness and justice.

Everything that comes out of Justin Madden's mouth makes me so angry. In defending himself he said he didn't have any control or influence over Hakki.
Justin Madden, HE WORKED FOR YOU!!! HE WORKED IN YOUR OFFICE, FOR YOU! HE REPORTED TO YOU!
Do employees just do what they want? No, they have to follow instructions. Hakki was working in Justin Madden's office.
But more importantly, Madden is a Minister of the government of Victoria. People raised allegations of corruption about Hakki with Madden, as a member of the government. YOU DON'T JUST DO NOTHING!! If you are too weak to deal with it yourself, you refer it to someone who will deal with it. You don't ignore serious allegations of corruption.
